SURVIVOR CONTEST RULES

For ANY contest pick one team that will win its game straight up (no point spreads).
If the team you picked wins, you survive to the next week to pick another team to win. If the team you picked loses or ties, you are eliminated from the contes
You cannot pick the same team twice during the duration of the contest.
The contest will continue as long as there are entries still alive or until the contest's final week
The last person (s) remaining in the contest still alive after all others have been eliminated and the contest has closed, our Survivor (s), is (are) the winner (s).
Weekly Pick Deadline: Each week of the NFL season the final deadline for making your pick is kickoff of the first game on Sunday. The exact time is usually 1:00 pm Eastern. This deadline applies to all remaining games for the week, including late Sunday and Monday night games.
In weeks with early games scheduled for a Thursday or Saturday, these games can be selected but picks must be submitted before kickoff of the first game on that day.
No picks for any games can be submitted once games have started for the day. The system will lock out all submissions until it is reset after the game and pick results have been updated.
These deadlines will be strictly enforced! There will be no exceptions for picks not being submitted on time.
Default picks are assigned automatically when the new week begins. The default pick is the highest point spread at the time the picks for the current week become available.
If the contest extends into the playoffs, and since it is possible to run out of available teams to select, the following tie breakers exist:
A contestant that survives a playoff week but does not have any teams left to pick from is deemed to have survived further than a contestant that does not survive that last playoff week.
A contestant who picks a team but loses in a playoff week is deemed to have survived further than a contestant that had no teams to pick from at the start of that playoff week.
If more than one person is still alive at the end of the contest, then the prize is divided equally amongst the winners.
Once entered and before contest lock, you may request to withdraw, email us at HERE and we will remove your entry and refund you the credits.

PICKS CONTEST RULES

The entry with the the most correct responses wins the contest.
For ANY PICKS CONTEST, predict the winners of all the games available in the questionnaire (with no point spreads).
You will not be able to save your answers until every field has been engaged.
You may come back at any time before contest lock to edit your answers.
Each contest will have different first match start time, this is the entry deadline for all picks in the contest, so be sure to check the notes provided.
No picks for any games can be submitted once games have started for the day. The system will lock out all incomplete entries. If you fail to make your picks you will not be refunded. These deadlines will be strictly enforced! There will be no exceptions for picks not being submitted on time.
In the event of multiple winners, the prize pool will be split as required.
Once entered and before contest lock, you may request to withdraw, email us at HERE and we will remove your entry and refund you the credits.
Prizes will vary and can range from cash for every user, cash for just winners, to cash for accumulated correct answers, we'll post each day on twitter the event and some details.

One entry per day per account in to the free play contest is allowed
The daily contest will be either a predictions or props contest
Every entry will receive 1000 points for participating, plus an additional 100 points per correct answer, total of 2000 points per day
End of week (Monday to Sunday) the user(s) with the most points will receive a cash prize based on the number of weekly entries
At the end of the month (1st to end of month) the user(s) with the most points will receive a cash prize based on the number of monthly entries
The weekly and monthly cash prize value will be published along with the free play standings
No deposit is required to play in the Free Play Contests

TECHNICAL WEBSITE ISSUES

If you are having difficulty submitting your pick online, sometimes websites go down! You must notify us by emailing us HERE. Make sure to clearly state your username and provide contest identification numbers and details of your issue, we will do out best to resolve any customer experience you problems you might encounter. The email must be received time stamped prior to the deadline and from the email account associated with your username. Everyone should use the online system to make their picks and only send an email in the case of an emergency.

GENERAL WEBSITE RULES

You must be 18 years of age (21 or older in Massachusetts & Iowa, 19 older in Alabama) or over and physically residing in AND located physically in the USA or Canada to play in a Total Survivor contest with an entry fee or prize. If you are located in Arizona, Hawaii, Idaho, Louisiana, Montana, Nevada or Washington, you may NOT play on our site.

Each person on Total Survivor is allowed one account.

Total Survivor will retain 25% of the prize pool, 75% of the prize pool will be paid to contest winners.

All contests have limits on the maximum number of entries that a single user may submit. These limits will be specified in the description of each contest.

You may deposit into your account using Bitcoin, Email Transfer or PayPal. If you're having any problems depositing money then get in touch and we'll help you out. There may be limits on the amount you may deposit in certain circumstances.

You can withdraw your money at any time, subject to anti-fraud checks on playing patterns and deposits prior to processing.

Total Survivor may cancel contests at any time.
